Bukovica (Italian: Boccavizza) is a village in the lower Vipava Valley in the Renče-Vogrsko municipality in the Slovenian Littoral region of Slovenia.
The Parish Church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Lawrence and was rebuilt in 1928 after the old church in a slightly different location in the village was destroyed in the First World War[2] It belongs to the Koper Diocese.[3]
Bukovica is the birthplace of the painter Zoran Mušič.
